Royal Jett: Responsible Social Gaming

To ensure that you continue to enjoy a safe and controlled gaming experience, we fully support responsible gaming and have taken steps to help players take control of their gambling.

1. Game Tracking

Computer games should be considered as a form of entertainment. Here are some tips to help you control your gaming:

Playing computer games is a form of entertainment, but it should be done in moderation, not as an escape from reality or as a way to earn money by winning prizes. Be careful with your time: We are glad you are here and hope you can continue playing, but don’t spend too much time on PC games. Just like going to the movies or bowling, we are here for you when you need to have fun. Use game management tools: If you need a break, you can take a break from your game at any time by following the steps outlined in Section 2. If you feel like you are playing too often, it may be helpful to consider the self-assessment questions in Section 3 below.

We offer a range of responsible gaming features to encourage our customers to gamble responsibly.

Self-Exclusion and Account Closure Options

If you wish to take a break or feel that you are having a problem with your gaming, you can voluntarily exclude yourself from the Royal Jett platform using the tools provided in the “Profile” section of the website. You can request an exemption from the Royal Jett platform by selecting one of the following options:

“Permanent” (Permanent Self-Exclusion) If you select this option and click “Permanent Block”, you will be blocked from using our services indefinitely. This action cannot be cancelled by you or anyone at Royal Jett. You can select your desired refund date during the selected period (limited timeout) and then click “Timeout” to cancel. The selected option will take effect immediately. It is your responsibility to notify us immediately by email if you continue to have access to the Royal Jett platform after this period.

You will not be able to access the Royal Jett platform during the exclusion period. If you need to access your account history and/or information, you should email our Customer Support Team. Once the limited timeout has expired, your access to the Royal Jett platform will be restored. Apply for self-exclusion and you will no longer receive marketing communications from us during the self-exclusion period. We recommend that you also apply for exclusion on all other gaming platforms where you have an active account. If you use social media, you must take steps to stop receiving news or updates from us. Once self-exclusion (or other types of closure) has been applied, you will no longer receive marketing material from us during the self-exclusion period, but please ignore any marketing material you may receive during this period as the system may take up to 24 hours to update. We recommend that you also apply for exclusion on all other gaming platforms where you have an active account. If you use social media, you must take steps to stop receiving news or updates from us. If we have reason to believe that you may be having problems with computer games, we may, at our sole discretion, exclude you from the Royal Jett platform permanently or for a limited waiting period.

Account Play Suspension/Closure

We may close your account. If you wish to do so, please send a written request to Customer Service by emailing info@royaljett.online. We reserve the right to refuse or close a Customer Account at our sole discretion, but any contractual obligations already fulfilled will be fulfilled accordingly.

Exclusion of Unregistered Players

You may voluntarily exclude yourself from the Royal Jett Platform even if you do not have a Customer Account. If you wish to do so, you must email info@jackpotflarej.com with your full name, full residential address, email address and age. This will block you from registering and playing on the Royal Jett Platform in the future. This self-exclusion will only be cancelled 7 days after receiving a written email requesting that your previous self-exclusion request be ignored.

Activity Report

Information related to your gaming can be viewed in the “Game History” section of the Royal Jett website and in the “Transaction History” section of the Platform. For information related to your gaming beyond what is shown in your Gaming History, please contact Customer Service by email.

3. Self-Assessment

If you think that your or someone else's computer gaming is problematic, it may be helpful to consider the self-assessment questions below.

• Do you often relive your gaming experience or think about the future?
• Do you hide or lie about your gaming?
• Do you get upset when someone or something interrupts your gaming?
• Have you ever stopped playing for a while and then found yourself snacking uncontrollably when you came back?
• Do you calm down by playing when you get frustrated, or do you plan to play?
• Do you play early in the morning?
• Do you find ways to play outside of the home?
• Do you set limits for your gaming and then break them by playing for hours longer than intended?
• Do you lose hours of sleep because of your gaming?
• Do you play when you’re sick, late for work, or skip class?
• Do you ever give up on a game, delete it, and then play it again?
• Do you feel guilty or ashamed about your gaming?
• Does gambling affect fights in your relationship?
• Has gaming replaced hobbies or sports you enjoyed?
• Do you forget appointments, responsibilities, or deadlines at work or school when you play?
• Do you become irritable and defensive when people think you gamble too much?
• Has the amount of time you spend playing increased over time?
• Do you turn social events into gaming?
• Do you lose touch with friends and family after playing?
• Do you experience strong emotions (e.g., mood swings, anger, fear) while playing?

The more you answer ‘yes’ to the questions, the more likely you are to have difficulty with gaming, but some of it may be completely normal. Contact one of the support services mentioned in Section 4 below to talk to someone who can offer advice and support.

Player Protection Policy

1. Protection of Minors

Responsible gaming relies heavily on parental control and supervision, especially with mobile devices and internet access in homes around the world. To ensure your child’s safety online, we recommend that you use filtering software to prevent minors from accessing inappropriate online material.

2. Tips for Parents

Keep your username and password in a safe place. Never leave your computer or device unattended when you log in to your account. Do not use Remember Me on shared computers or devices, especially if you share a computer or device with your children. Be especially careful with all electronic and mobile devices used by minors.
