This action cannot be cancelled by you or anyone at Royal Jett. You can select your desired refund date during the selected period (limited timeout) and then click “Timeout” to cancel. The selected option will take effect immediately. It is your responsibility to notify us immediately by email if you continue to have access to the Royal Jett platform after this period.

You will not be able to access the Royal Jett platform during the exclusion period. If you need to access your account history and/or information, you should email our Customer Support Team. Once the limited timeout has expired, your access to the Royal Jett platform will be restored. Apply for self-exclusion and you will no longer receive marketing communications from us during the self-exclusion period. We recommend that you also apply for exclusion on all other gaming platforms where you have an active account. If you use social media, you must take steps to stop receiving news or updates from us. Once self-exclusion (or other types of closure) has been applied, you will no longer receive marketing material from us during the self-exclusion period, but please ignore any marketing material you may receive during this period as the system may take up to 24 hours to update. We recommend that you also apply for exclusion on all other gaming platforms where you have an active account. If you use social media, you must take steps to stop receiving news or updates from us. If we have reason to believe that you may be having problems with computer games, we may, at our sole discretion, exclude you from the Royal Jett platform permanently or for a limited waiting period.

Account Play Suspension/Closure

We may close your account. If you wish to do so, please send a written request to Customer Service by emailing info@royaljett.online. We reserve the right to refuse or close a Customer Account at our sole discretion, but any contractual obligations already fulfilled will be fulfilled accordingly.

Exclusion of Unregistered Players

You may voluntarily exclude yourself from the Royal Jett Platform even if you do not have a Customer Account. If you wish to do so, you must email info@jackpotflarej.com with your full name, full residential address, email address and age. This will block you from registering and playing on the Royal Jett Platform in the future. This self-exclusion will only be cancelled 7 days after receiving a written email requesting that your previous self-exclusion request be ignored.

Activity Report

Information related to your gaming can be viewed in the “Game History” section of the Royal Jett website and in the “Transaction History” section of the Platform. For information related to your gaming beyond what is shown in your Gaming History, please contact Customer Service by email.
