However, if the user has separately agreed to the retention period of personal information or if the relevant laws specify a retention obligation for a certain period, the personal information will be stored for the relevant period and then destroyed without delay. However, in order to prevent withdrawal due to user's operational errors, etc. when the user withdraws from the game, the personal information will be destroyed immediately after a 14-day grace period.

The Company destroys personal information for which the purpose of collection and use of personal information has been achieved, such as when the user withdraws from the service, the service ends, or the retention period has expired, in a way that makes recovery and reproduction impossible. In the case of printed materials that can be shredded, etc., they are physically shredded or incinerated so that they cannot be reassembled, and personal information stored in electronic file formats is destroyed using a technical method that makes it impossible to reproduce (e.g., low-level format, wiping, etc.).

If the company changes the personal information processing policy, it will post the reason for the change and the effective date along with the current personal information processing policy on the official service blog, etc. from 7 days before the effective date to the day before the effective date.
